Planning team work like a bridge between merchandising and operation team.

As a tool, we are using Fast React software for Capacity management, Line Planning & Production Follow-up. Based on workflow, we have organized the team in to three areas;

  1. Capacity Planning
  2. Line Planning
  3. Production Follow-up

After getting Order Confirmation Sheet (OCS) from merchandising, we do the line plan through FR. Weekly basis we circulate factory capacity to the Marketing & Merchandising as an overview of present and future capacity status of the factory for future Marketing.

We always try to maintain like-like plan-based material in-house and line capability. From last year, we have implemented TNA through FR. With this TNA, we can follow-up yarn in-house to goods delivery status. Through this TNA, we can get a guideline of an event for target date and event complete date. Concern departments can also follow-up their own TNA through FR easily.

Production follow-up team daily basis they are following up TNA and production. To run production line smoothly and proper production WIP, they work with concern departments and persons if they forecast any difficulties. Planning team always work for making the production process as efficient as possible keeping profitability in mind.
