In our Esquire knit composite, we can produce 150K pcs per day. Our main products are POLO, TEE SHIRT, SWEAT SHIRT, HOODY JACKET, LAGGINS etc.
In this section we mainly focus on product quality with productivity. For this we already started ONE PCS FLOW (OPF) system for 30 lines out of 85 lines. We will convert all the lines from convenient lines to OPF lines within short time. In this process we can reduce alter percentage also possible to ensure best quality products for customers.
Basically in our sewing section, we have efficient and highly technical production team where assistant production manager, technician, line chief and supervisors are included, with this team we have very much efficient quality team, Industrial Engineering team and Maintenance team.
